When weekly therapy isn’t enough, our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provides the structure and support needed to navigate difficult periods. Multiple sessions each week help you build skills, stabilize symptoms, and regain momentum in daily life.
Multiple Weekly Sessions: Structured group therapy several times per week to stabilize symptoms and support recovery.
DBT-Based Skills Training: Evidence-based skills to manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and improve relationships.
Coordinated Clinical Care: A multidisciplinary team working together to support symptom stabilization and daily functioning.
Adult IOP
Adult Mental Health IOP (Ages 18+)
This program provides structured, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing significant mental health challenges. Through group therapy and skill development, participants build practical tools to manage emotions, improve relationships, and support daily functioning.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:00am – 1:00pm
Format: In-person available
Support Integration: Coordination with a family or friend is available if you choose
Duration: 24 sessions over 8 weeks (Rolling Admissions)
Adolescent IOP
Adolescent Mental Health IOP (Ages 14–18)
This program offers structured group therapy and skill development for teens experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. The program supports adolescents in building coping skills and improving functioning at home, school, and in relationships.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday | 4:00pm – 7:00pm
Format: In-person available
Family Support: Includes Parent Skill Support Sessions for caregivers
Duration: 24 sessions over 8 weeks (Rolling Admissions)
Dual Diagnosis
Adult Dual Diagnosis IOP (Ages 18+)
This program offers structured treatment for adults experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges. Participants engage in evidence-based therapy and skill development. Detox or MAT services are referred to specialized providers.
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday | 6:00pm – 9:00pm and Saturday | 10:00am – 1:00pm
Format: In-person (Tue/Thu) and virtual (Sat).
Duration: 24 sessions over 8 weeks (Rolling Admissions).

Our goal is to help you begin as soon as possible. After completing an intake assessment and insurance verification, you’ll be scheduled for IOP orientation and you can begin the program.
