in Mentor, Ohio.
Collaborative care. Real growth. A life redefined.
Therapy, medication management, and structured support—all coordinated in one place.
One Team. Many Paths to Progress.
Our approach moves beyond traditional talk therapy to emphasize active skill-building and clarity. Your needs may change over time. At PBHS, therapy, medication management, and IOP are available within one practice, making it easier to adjust care without starting over somewhere new.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy gives you one-on-one support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation. You and your therapist will develop a clear treatment plan, review what is helping, and adjust your care if your needs change.
Medication Management
Medication management includes evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and adjustments when clinically appropriate. When you also receive therapy through PBHS, your clinicians can coordinate services so you are not left managing communication between separate offices. Medication effectiveness and changing needs can be reviewed over time.
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
Our DBT-based Intensive Outpatient Programs provide more support than weekly therapy through group treatment several times each week. Adults and adolescents learn practical skills to manage emotions, reduce harmful or impulsive behaviors, improve relationships, and function more effectively at home, school, or work.
Forensic Services
Highly qualified and objective psychological evaluations for legal matters, including competency and risk assessments. Forensic services are defined by clinical rigor, neutrality, and a meticulous attention to detail. Each evaluation is developed through an evidence-based lens to provide the clarity and depth required for informed legal decision-making.
