Intensive Outpatient Services

What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?

At Premier Behavioral Health Services, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers a structured yet flexible treatment option for individuals who need more intensive support than traditional outpatient therapy but don’t require 24-hour inpatient care. Our IOP provides a higher level of care, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and skill-building sessions to address a variety of mental health and emotional challenges.

This program is ideal for those dealing with conditions like anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, or substance use. With daytime and evening group sessions, we accommodate various schedules, allowing clients to receive the support they need while continuing to manage everyday responsibilities. IOP at Premier Behavioral Health Services offers a safe and therapeutic environment where clients can develop coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and work toward long-term recovery in a supportive, structured setting.

Adolescent IOP

The Adult DBT Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Premier Behavioral Health Services offers structured, evidence-based therapy for adults managing anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, and self-harming behaviors. Using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), the program teaches essential skills like mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and self-management to help clients build emotional stability and healthier coping strategies.

The program includes approximately 24 sessions over eight weeks, with rolling admissions so clients can join at any time. Sessions are offered both in-person and virtually to provide flexibility and accessibility. Group sessions are held during two convenient time slots: a daytime option on

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 AM to 1 PM in person.

This flexible scheduling supports clients in receiving intensive care while continuing to manage their daily responsibilities.
