The Intensive Outpatient Programs at PBHS offers group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. Treatment provides patients with core skills to cope with life’s challenges and effectively manage mental health and addiction problems.
Dual Diagnosis IOP:
The Adult Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for the treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse problems. Our group has shown wide success in the treatment of opioid addiction. We believe in treating the underlying cause of substance abuse with the use of DBT.

• Distress Tolerance
• Emotion Regulation and Crisis Management
• Interpersonal Effectiveness
Relationships and Communication
• Self-Management Skills
The program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time.
The group meets on Tuesday and Thursday at PBHS from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00am. to 1:00pm.
