Coping with the Holidays

Hard to believe we are about to end 2020…it’s safe to say, this year was not at all what we expected (and that’s putting it mildly!) However, we endured and will soon be welcoming a new year together.

Of course the holidays bring joy and happiness for most, but they also come with stress and particularly this year, a lot of uncertainty and change. Our staff wanted to come together to wish you all a very happy holiday season and provide some practical tips to help you cope with whatever comes your way.

As we reflect on this year and look forward to a new one, we want to thank all of you for your support. Whether it be virtually, shyly, as an active client with our staff, family member or friend… we thank you. This has not been an easy year, but being a part of our wonderful community has made any unanticipated struggle worth it.

We have always said that one of the best parts of our practice has been the people; hopefully if you know anyone in this video, you can attest to that. We are excited to share with you some of the personalities that make PBHS so wonderful. With that, we are wishing you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy holiday season. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
