The Intensive Outpatient Programs at PBHS offer group therapy in a safe, supportive, and validating environment. Treatment provides patients with core skills to cope with life’s challenges and effectively manage mental health and addiction problems.
Adolescent DBT IOP
The Adolescent Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for patients between the ages of 13-18 who struggle with:

Anxiety
-
Depression
-
Stress
-
Eating Disorders
-
Bipolar Disorder
-
Self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, or attempts
The primary goal of treatment is to:

Decrease life-threatening behavior
-
Increase effective coping skills
-
Create a sense of behavioral and emotional control
The program consists of 24 sessions over 8 weeks with rolling entry at any time.
Our adolescent program meets from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays
OR
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00-9:00p.m.
